EQUALibrium: A Public Conversation on Race and Equity in Charlotte

Eight years ago Charlotte ranked 50 out of 50 in an upward mobility study from Harvard University. This bleak outlook for Charlotte's poorest residents was a wake up call for city officials and community members. <br/><br/>"EQUALibrium: A Public Conversation on Race and Equity in Charlotte" looks at what's been done and what still needs to happen to achieve upward mobility. <br/><br/>Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles and others will discuss on Tuesday, March 8.
