MANILA - Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Ivan John Uy on Friday vowed to renew and reactivate the "dead" free Wi-Fi service areas in three months. (File photo) TACLOBAN CITY - Free public Wi-Fi has been installed in 217 sites in Eastern Visayas in the past four years, prioritizing health facilities and Covid-19 vaccination sites, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) said on Tuesday.
