An international flour-milling company has announced its intent to buy Pullman-based Hinrichs Trading Company.
Premier flour-milling and ingredient company Ardent Mills is planning to purchase substantially all of the business operations of HTC.  HTC is a full-service pulse origination and processing company specializing in garbanzo beans.
