Feb 7, 2021 YOUNGSTOWN — Terri L. Skiffey, 59, died at 10:58 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4, 2021, at St Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. She was born June 10, 1961, in Warren, the daughter of Anthony J. and Carmala LaPolla Skiffey. Terri loved going to school at Fairhaven Workshop at a young age and also working at Purple Cat Workshop in Boardman as she got older. She will be deeply missed by three sisters, Shirley Satterthwaite of Niles, Carol Frost and her husband Larry of Lordstown, and Chris Callow and her husband Lane of Denver, Colo.
