Asking for money to work on collins road. Lets look at traffic on collins in c avenue. According to the gazette, the city is asking the state for 1. 2 million to reduce traffic headaches on the busy road. Right now, more than 40,000 vehicles drive on collins every day and those numbers are expected to go up.
