Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts Randall Mitchell handed over the instruments of appointment on April 28 to Hilwig. Other reappointed board members are deputy chairman Nisa Suepaul, Charlene Griffith, Victor Prescod, Brian Wood, Karla Gonzales and Michelle Joy Cato.
