Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a new bill at a Fort Lauderdale wine store that removes wine container capacity limit in Florida.
The Florida law, which will go into effect July 1, will allow wine to be sold in 4.5-, 6-, 9-, 12- and 15-liter glass bottles.
Current law prohibits sale of wine in a container that holds more than 1 gallon. That changes July 1.
