Killington man charged with excessive speed, negligent operation of a vehicle
KILLINGTON –– A Killington man, Alex B. Bernatonis, 35, was arrested and charged with excessive speed and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Oct. 12. Local police officer Gregory Ricketts was conducting stationary radar on the Killington Flats around 10:19 p.m. when he clocked Bernatonis driving at 99 mph in a 50 mph zone.
