RADYO KIDLAT. The Negros Oriental II Electric Cooperative (NORECO II) has affiliated with the state-run Philippine Broadcasting System to operate its own radio station. Known as DYEC 99.7 FM Radyo Kidlat, it aims towiden its reach in information dissemination on cooperative issues and concerns as well as government programs.
