Many hundreds attended the annual Raglan Music Festival, which took place over the course of the weekend. People from all over the county flocked to the village for the three-day event, which was held at Raglan VC Primary School, Raglan Country Estate, Raglan Baptist Chapel and St Cadoc’s Church and included performances from a host of fantastic local acts and bands as well as pupils from both Raglan VC Primary school and Monmouth Comprehensive School.

The annual Raglan Day carnival parade saw Rocky the Festival mascot on a truck provided by Hockey’s Garage, Raglan CiW Primary School Samba Band and Carnival Walking Group, an amazing float created by Raglan Scouts, the Millennium Chimes bell ringers and Raglan Junior Football Club walking groups as well as many locals in fancy dress parading through the village.
