stephanie ruhle, the chicago suburb of highland park is the latest community struggling to come to grips with the horror of a deadly mass shooting. tonight the town held a vigil for the seven people killed when a gunman opened fire on a fourth of july parade. the attack also left dozens of people injured. just a few hours ago, vice president kamala harris visited the scene to pay tribute to the victims. police say the suspected gunman fired more than 70 rounds from a rooftop shortly after the parade got underway is today morning.
