But all of those reds and greens, that's moving to the east. the top is ripped off. it needs to get through what i want to call a speed bump in order for it to stay together. we obviously hope it doesn't do that but as it does curve east that's what it's going to do tonight. that's going to hold together. and that's why we're standing here in pensacola. we have the tropical storm watches from new orleans to the panhandle. what are we talking about rain weiss? it's diminished, 1 to 3 inches. still, storm surge and high winds. those are the big concerns. we'll continue to monitor it here. >> ind...
