The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday said an intense spell of rain over Northeast India and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and Bihar is likely to continue till August 15.
Heavy rainfall have been predicted by the Meteorological Department in many areas of 16 states, including the national capital, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
