Broncos agree to terms with Roman Phifer as Senior Personnel Executive

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. Following the 2021 NFL Draft, General Manager George Paton has made another addition to the team s front office.
The Broncos have agreed to terms with Roman Phifer as Senior Personnel Executive, Paton announced Tuesday.
With the team, he will maintain a presence at UCHealth Training Center and also scout on the road for the Broncos.
Phifer (pronounced: FI-fer) joins the Broncos from the Detroit Lions, where he spent three years in the team s personnel department as a West Coast Area Scout.
Phifer scouted states including California, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico for the Lions. ....
