The Rame Protection Group will have their judicial review considered by the High Court on Wednesday (Feb24). It relates to a decision by Cornwall Council’s east sub-area planning committee to grant planning permission last year for a farmer to build a new home on the Rame Peninsula. Chris Wilton’s planning application to build a new four-bedroom family home on land he owns was granted under exception rules which allow homes to be built for agricultural workers.
