Saw people running. I was nervous. Reporter it was originally reported as an active shooter situation when witnesses say a fire alarm caused a fire outside an engineering building. Thats when a car hops the sidewalk and plowed into them. Somebody was hitting people with a car. Reporter police say the man got out of the car and attacked bystanders with a butcher knife. We heard chaos, shouts, screens, shots. Reporter an officer confronted the attacker and shot and killed him.
