As more people receive the coronavirus vaccines, Presidential Adviser for Entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion has proposed the use of such document to prove vaccination status for greater mobility to shop, dine and travel in the country.
According to Concepcion, vaccine passes could be considered once the areas in the NCR Plus reach herd immunity. Such proof of vaccination would not only help guard against a surge in coronavirus cases but also help boost struggling businesses to recover from the pandemic fallout.

Domagoso and the bishops will identify during the meeting the churches that will be used by the local government unit (LGU) as sites for the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
Manila’s big churches, particularly those in Intramuros, are ideal vaccination sites because they have open spaces that can prevent the spread of COVID-19, he said.
The city government has identified 18 vaccination sites for the COVID-19 vaccine rollout. These are:
District 1
●Vicente Lim Elementary School
●Zamora Elementary School
The city government has identified which barangays are nearest to each COVID-19 vaccine site.
Each district also has a designated hospital where COVID-19 vaccine patients can be brought to in case of emergencies:
●District 1 – Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center
●District 2 – Ospital ng Tondo
●District 3 – Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital
●District 4 – Ospital ng Sampaloc
●District 5 – Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center
●District 6 – Sta. Ana Hospital
The city’s 12 new high-end ambulances and members of the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Manila Police District (MPD), and Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) will be deployed to manage emergencies.
