Karshare surpasses £1m funding target

Car sharing platform Karshare has achieved its £1m funding target through its equity crowdfunding campaign. Karshare said it has over 435 investors to date and has achieved the total standing over £1.3 million, with the campaign not due to close until mid-January. Launched in 2020, the business enables people to rent out their car to people in their community using keyless technology.
