Owners of P.S. Restaurant Finalizing Plans for Move to Binghamton This is the final week of operations in Vestal for P.S. Restaurant before the business relocates to downtown Binghamton. Owners Rick and Sylvana Dodd in January announced plans to move the restaurant to 99 Court Street. A previous owner started the business in a Rano Boulevard shopping plaza in 1983. Speaking on WNBF Radio's  Binghamton Now on Monday, Sylvana Dodd said the new location will mean a "fresh new start" for the restaurant following a challenging year caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The restaurant has operated at a site on Rano Boulevard since 1983. Rick and Sylvana Dodd, who have owned it for the last three decades, say they plan to move the operation to 99 Court Street. (WBNG) -- On Friday, the owners of the P.S. Restaurant in Vestal, Rick and Sylvana Dodd, announced their plans to move their business to Binghamton. The restaurant will be located at its Rano Boulevard location until March 6. The week of April 11, the restaurant will open up at its new location at 99 Court St., but the dates are subject to change. The new location is where The Loft at 99 formerly was. Rick Dodd says this location gives the business 45% more seating, a larger kitchen and more. In a news release, the Dodds said the pandemic has been "devastating" on their business.
