The parents of the missing 9-year-old girl who vanished on a camping trip in New York received a ransom note at their home after she disappeared, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul told CNN Monday evening.
Police matched a fingerprint on a ransom note left at the girl's home to a DWI case from 1999, Gov. Kathy Hochul said.
Craig Ross Jr. was identified as the suspect who is accused in connection with the disappearance of 9-year-old New York child, Charlotte Sena.
The New York State Police announced the arrest of a suspect on Monday night after the child was discovered in healthy condition. Subsequent to her rescue, Charlotte underwent a medical evaluation at a local hospital.
