After 45 years of service, Bobbie Butler will retire from her post on the Grand Rapids Housing Commission at the end of the month.
Butler was first appointed to the Housing Commission by City Manager Joseph G. Zainea and confirmed by the Grand Rapid City Commission on Jan. 4, 1977.
