The Linn County Attorneys Office says the shooter was underage and bbieve he acted in self defense for a shooting earlier this month. Left 10,000 in damages at an iowa city apartment building. Fire crews went to 1100 arthur street around 230 this morning. They saw flames coming out of a second story apartment windodo and quickly put the fire out. Firefighters say every resident evacuated the building safely. Not one got hurt.
