He told Cheshire Live: "People have been coming up to us and saying how smiley and happy Meghan is. "Meghan making other people happy makes us happy. "People have said they didn't realise we lived here as she was always in the house because of COVID-19 and now they're seeing her out. "Seeing my little girl do that was very emotional.
