Summit County starts master planning process for 30-acre parcel in Jeremy Ranch
Officials closed on the $3.7 million Cline Dahle property, located along Rasmussen Road near Jeremy Ranch Elementary School and the Summit Center Commerce Park, in January 2017. It’s one of the largest undeveloped sites in the Snyderville Basin, though only about 17 acres can be built on as the land is split by East Canyon Creek.
