OLDWICK, N.J., December 08, 2023--AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of A+ (Superior) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Ratings (Long-Term ICR) of "aa" (Superior) of First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. (FICOH) (Honolulu, HI) and its reinsured subsidiaries, collectively referred to as First of Hawaii Group. The outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) is stable. LONDON, December 07, 2023--AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of B+ (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of "bbb-" (Good) of Continental Reinsurance Plc (CRe) (Nigeria). The outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) is stable.

OLDWICK, N.J., December 07, 2023--AM Best has assigned a Long-Term Issue Credit Rating (Long-Term IR) of "bbb+" (Good) to the recently issued $400 million 6% senior unsecured notes, due December 2033 of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (Fairfax) (Toronto, Canada). The outlook assigned to the Credit Rating (rating) is stable.

AM Best is revising its outlook on Indias nonlife insurance segment to stable from negative owing to robust growth potential driven by economic development and rising insurance demand and recent regulatory developments.

AM Best has assigned the Financial Strength Rating of B (Fair) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of "bb+" (Fair) to Mongolian National Reinsurance JSC (Mongolian Re) (Mongolia). The outlook assigned to these Credit
