Sheeks, 64, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; intimidation of a witness in a criminal case and aggravated possession of drugs. According to court records, Sheeks is accused of knowingly making threats of physical violence against a female on Jan. 28, if she was to be a witness in a criminal case against him while on a phone call at the Putnam County Jail.
