A fly-tipper who left piles of tyres at a Tesco car park has been fined.

The court heard how both owners had their dogs seized after being reported as stray. Neither of the dogs were wearing an identity tag and the microchip details were not up-to-date, meaning the council could not contact the owners. Leavesden Country Park Grass cutting will be reduced this year at several locations around Three Rivers as part of a pilot project to increase biodiversity across the district.
