In the 1970s, if you asked longtime Olympia resident Andy Crooks what the best restaurant in town was, he would tell you that it was the Davis’ Brown Founded by George E. Davis in 1935, the restaurant was a local landmark until its 1980 closure and is now home to Poppet Kid’s Resale Boutique.
