NEW YORK (AP) — A Manhattan man has been charged in two fatal stabbings last week in Queens. Authorities said Raymond Kenner, 22, had blood on his clothing and a folding knife in his pocket when he was arrested in connection with the killings.
Raymond Kenner, 22, and another man are facing charges of second-degree murder, robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
“They deserve it,” Jai Cunje said after two men were busted for the brutal stabbing death of his brother, Andrew Cunje, 25, on Dec. 21. “They deserve to suffer the way we did as a family. They shouldn’t be allowed to be on the streets ever,” the grieving brother said.
Police tracked Raymond Kenner, 22, to the The Hotel Wolcott, which houses homeless people who have just been released from jail or prison, busting him for the murders of Andrew Cunje on Dec. 21 and Benjamin Vasquez Bulux on Dec. 23.
