Village in limbo on new hall offer
The old Grade 2 listed Raymond Hall in Heytesbury MEMBERS of Heytesbury, Imber & Knook Parish Council have decided against writing to the Sassoon Trust about a new village hall. Cllr Vanessa Sturmey told a meeting on Tuesday, December 8 the Trust still stood by its offer back in February for the parish to make a proposal for a new village hall which has the blessing of Wiltshire Council. The Trust had offered to build new hall to replace the old Raymond Hall in return for being able to build a new housing development.
