10 February 2021 | 07:08am StockMarketWire.com - House builder Redrow reinstated its dividend after it notched an 11% rise in first-half profit, underpinned by a recovery in demand partly driven by the looming end of the UK government's Help-to-Buy subsidy. Pre-tax profit for the six months through 27 December increased to £174 million, up from £157 million year-on-year, as revenue climbed 20% to £1.04 billion.
