The tours, first announced earlier today, is designed to help celebrate the town's ongoing reopening this half term. Northumberland Avenue A TEENAGE boy has been rushed to hospital following a crash in Reading. At 10.29am this morning Reading Buses tweeted to explain Northumberland Avenue was closed due to a police incident. Thames Valley Police have since confirmed the road was closed because of a crash which took place involving a moped. The force added: "A teenage boy has been taken to hospital and an investigation is ongoing." Reading Buses had previously said the Emerald 5 bus was diverted but has since said it is back to normal following the disruption. Comments are closed on this article.
