A REOPENING of libraries across North Yorkshire has been welcomed. The Libraries and Archive Service is launching a new Reading Friends project aimed at connecting people and reducing loneliness. Denbighshire County Council's Libraries service is offering a new collection of memory bags which contain a collection of books, poems, artefacts and smells designed to stimulate the senses and promote reminiscence and discussion.
