Realme Race on Snapdragon 888 will be the first phone of the company's new line

Realme recently shared its plans to use Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 888 chip. According to the company, Realme Race will be the first smartphone on this chip, and its release is scheduled for early 2021.
Xu Qi, vice president and president of Realme China, has already stated that Realme Race will also have an “attractive design”. And today the CEO of Realme revealed that Realme Race will also be the start of a new line of the company.
Xu Qi clarified that Race is just a codename for the device; and the line will bear a completely new commercial name.
Many believe that Realme Race could enter the market as part of the “Ace” series. According to rumors, the parent company of Realme – Oppo – just gave its sub-brand the Ace line; the last smartphone in the series was Ace 2.
