reporter: we re not sure, brianna, and we got some bad news from the government. we ll show you as we take a look at this facility here. the nachos river right here alongside beaumont is continuing to rise. it s 7 feet above its record stage and the government says it may stay at that level for the next week. that has triggered an emergency action here at the water treatment plant in beaumont. they brought emergency crews from exxon and other crews trying to pump water from the nachos river into this facility. can they treat it in time to get water to the people of beaumont? that is the key yquestion tonight. officials here are still processing and assessing, trying to get their minds around the devastation of hurricane harvey. a first look at the destruction harvey has left behind. roads destroyed, homes knocked off their foundations, boats precariously perched, lives and livelihoods destroyed by floods. ....
