Policies. his foreign policy has been disastrous. recruitment levels now in the military are at the lowest they have ever been. what happened in afghanistan was a shame, it was a disaster. it led to the immediate deaths of 13 marines as that disaster withdrawal was taking place where we just basically handed over afghanistan to the taliban, a terrorist regime. recognizing this terrorist regime and armed them. there is just a disheartening feeling among the families of veterans. i have spoken to so many of them, i have spoken to goldstar family members as well as those who are wounded veterans like my husband and we have had friends who have lost their lives, our best friend lost his life in afghanistan. over 1 million, over 1 million people have died serving this nation and now we are seeing the disaster come to full fruition because we are seeing these recruitment levels so low, ....
