A council is ramping up its coronavirus testing programme by offering tests to residents who do not have symptoms. Redbridge Council is opening a Lateral Flow Device (LFD) testing site - where anyone with or without Covid-19 symptoms can get tested - in Redbridge Central Library, Ilford.
