COUNCIL tax is set to rise in Redditch after a budget was passed by Conservatives on the borough council. THE Redditch Labour Party has developed their response following claims they altered a photograph to show members wearing face coverings. The photo, which was shared by the online political commentator Guido Fawkes, was initially taken on August 15 last year at a uniform bank event held in Redditch town centre. The botched image was uploaded to the group's Facebook page and users quickly noticed superimposed face masks appeared to be off centre.
