Here is a round-up of offenders caught on our roads in south Essex and put before magistrates. Devon Beale, 19, Toronto Road, Tilbury, admitted drug driving in Chadwell St Mary on June 22 last year. Found to have 4.1 micrograms of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) per litre of blood. The legal limit is 2 micrograms. He was fined £250, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £105 and a victim services cost of £34. He was banned from driving for 12 months.
