Computer systems and had gotten a hold of fishing coordinates and private reefs that fishermen pay a lot of money to set up for prime fishing locations. this company had a look at the coordinates for those reefs, and selling them. alabama fisherman was upset about it, and so he hacked into the system, and he told the company, i will start to tell the people that you selling coordinates for the reefs that you paid a lot of money for. he was brought to trial and convicted, however, his argument was that the government had brought his case in the wrong venue. the lower courts said no, even if the venue was wrong, your case still is wrong. so if you bring a criminal case in wrong venue, and the wrong jurisdiction, can the venue be tossed out or retried. ....

Of thousands were getting sick and literally disappearing. we ve never seen any fluctuations on that magnitude. and now to say that sea urchins were completely gone, that whatever is killing them is still defined as a water-borne pat pathogen, we know it is transmitted through the water, that it takes 48 hours for an individual to go from a live healthy individual to basically bare skeleton. reporter: vital to keep the delicate balance of life here, these urchins consume the algae that can choke reefs already stressed by human activity and the effects of climate change. dr. bronstein and his team of researchers from tel aviv university show us how the beauty and health of the reefs are under attack. we do not spot a single black sea urchin. the thought that we might be seeing something that is going to be radically changed is ....
