Atlantic City has added two employees to a newly created department intended to help inmates reintegrate into their communities, Mayor Marty Small Sr. said Wednesday.
We are giving them as a way to get around the city. Just the joy of like seeing people test drive the bicycles in the small area, there is no real word. I guess enjoyable is a word i could use. That doesnt describe the kind of warm feelings you feel in your heart giving someone that sense of freedom and maybe they havent ridden a bike in years. Starting Jan. 1, 2024, the department will be renamed to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and all law enforcement personnel will transfer to the newly created Department of Law
