Opec: The global benchmark, now trading around USD 75 a barrel after having shed about 13% thus far in 2023, was seen averaging USD 83.28 in the third quarter before popping above the USD 86 mark in the next two quarters. Forecasts for U.S. crude were also scaled back to USD 78.38 a barrel in 2023 from last month's USD 79.20.
