YOSHI S. KUNO IN a recent brochure from the pen of Yoahi S. Kuno, a Japanese professor in the University of California, there is placed before the reader, very succintly, exactly “What Japan Wants”. Professor Kuno admits that Japan has not entirely lived up to the Gentlemen’s Agreement which she made with the U. S., by which laborers and Picture Brides are not permitted to enter California.
