Stolen Florida Lottery scratch-off tickets valued together at $6,520 from a Jacksonville Circle K store led to the arrest of an employee, according to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office. Richard Dawayne Fonville, 37, of Hilliard was charged Monday with theft over $5,000, according to Nassau County jail records. The arrest report said Fonville is the assistant manager of the Circle K on Regency Square Boulevard.
