The Transnet Second Defined Benefit Fund (TSDBF) has launched urgent court proceedings in a bid to sequestrate Eric Wood. Wood was the chief executive officer of the now defunct Trillian Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm embroiled in the State Capture scandal.
