The EB-5 Regional Center Program continues to be lapsed, as the U.S. Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to fund the government in the short-term through Feb. 18, 2022.
On Oct. 4, 2021, USCIS updated its EB-5 website and issued an alert regarding the lapse of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The Regional Center Program lapsed in June 30, 2021, when Congress did not reauthorize it. This brings many questions regarding reauthorization.
