Dollar Tree employees donate to Project Santa Jamie Roth, Public Relations Manager Western Illinois Regional Council-Community Action Agency MACOMB – On December 7, 2020, employees of the Macomb Dollar Tree donated a large number of toys, books, and assorted stocking stuffers to the Western Illinois Regional Council-Community Action Agency’s (WIRC-CAA) Project Santa Program. The items were collected during the store’s annual toy drive, which benefits several local organizations. According to WIRC-CAA Public Relations Manager Jamie Roth, the donated items will go a long way in providing a happy holiday to a large number of local families enrolled in the program. “Many families have been financially impacted by the pandemic, and that is reflected in the number of children and families enrolled in this year’s program,” said Roth. “As of December 8, we have nearly 400 children enrolled.
