Crews use high-rise crane to remove scaffolding from BGE building after explosion
Crews cleared damage left behind by Wednesday's explosion at the Baltimore Gas and Electric building downtown.A high-rise crane was brought in Saturday morning part by part and was assembled to remove the scaffolding from which two workers were rescued after the explosion."This is a very large crane. It's from out of the service area.
