Entrepreneur wants to make an impact in local economy
Local entrepreneur Helen Owen recently filed for the District 1 BOS race, after being encouraged by family, friends and members of the community, where she plays a big part as a child educator. Having come from a traditional local family, Owen believes she is the candidate who is the most familiar with the things that have been going on in the area, the troubles and the changes.
