Major road among planned closures in Watford for roadworks
The Watford Observer reported earlier this month plans to temporarily close a section of Cassio Road to allow utility works to be carried out. A notice from Hertfordshire County Council in this week’s edition confirms the temporary closure order has been made and the one.network website states the work is due to begin on Monday and is scheduled to continue until August 20. The road will be shut to vehicles from the junction with Upton Road south-eastwards to its junction with Marlborough Road, a distance of approximately 114m.
